As a girl growing up in the South Bronx, I was loud in spirit but quiet in knowing who I really was. Life was always moving fast around me—but inside, I was a deep thinker, a feeler, and a natural leader in the making.

I didn’t grow up with privilege, but I did grow up with purpose—and a vision bigger than my block. I spent years mastering communication, crisis, and culture behind the scenes at NYPD’s 911 Call Center. But my true passion? Empowering people to rise.

From coaching my team through life’s toughest moments to mentoring artists, realtors, and entrepreneurs—I realized that my greatest gift wasn’t just surviving, it was showing others how to thrive.

Now I’m the CEO of SheerForce Coaching, using everything I’ve learned to help people turn pain into power, passion into profit, and ideas into income.

I built this platform to light the fire in you—because if I can build it from the Bronx with a prayer and a purpose, so can you.
